HP 22xx supports both CF and SD storage cards. If you are using
serial wired or CF GPS, you can use either card for your maps
storage. However if you use GPS equipped with Bluetooth® wireless
technology, you must use CF card for your maps storage.

In general, Destinator
supports both NMEA and SiRF protocol (the two standard protocols).
Destinator supports most GPS available with correct connector to a
device Destinator is running on. The GPS interface could be Serial,
CF Card or equipped with Bluetooth® wireless technology.
If your GPS
receiver is NMEA compliant then Destinator can still work on your
Pocket PC. The software which is provided in our software and maps
package has an open protocol. This open protocol will allow you to
search for the protocol settings for your GPS receiver.
The
performance between different GPS receivers will vary.
